In 2009, JHMT established Operation Kabalikat (OK) as its mercy ministry arm to respond to communities affected by disasters and humanitarian crises. Through this initiative, the ministry seeks to demonstrate Christ’s compassion by providing immediate relief, rehabilitation, and practical support to those facing the devastating effects of calamities such as typhoons, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and armed conflicts.
Over the years, Operation Kabalikat has responded to some of the most significant disasters in the Philippines. These include Typhoons Ondoy, Sendong, Yolanda, Rolly, Ulysses, and Odette. The ministry has also reached out to victims and soldiers affected by the Marawi Siege, as well as communities impacted by the eruptions of Taal and Albay volcanoes.
Through the faithful support of partners and donors, Operation Kabalikat has been able to provide financial assistance, food, clean water, clothing, and essential household supplies to affected families. In several communities, the team has constructed deep wells to provide sustainable access to safe drinking water. Families whose homes were destroyed have also received building materials and other assistance to help them rebuild their lives.
Beyond material support, the OK Team regularly conducts free medical, dental, psychological, and physical therapy services, along with the distribution of free medicines to disaster-affected communities.
Even when on-site deployment was not possible, the ministry continued to extend help through trusted partner networks, such as during the Bohol and Cebu earthquakes, ensuring that aid still reached those in need.
Through Operation Kabalikat, under the leadership of Bishop Dante Veluz and Bishop Jerry Ambi, JHMT remains committed to standing alongside communities in times of crisis—bringing not only practical assistance but also hope, compassion, and the reminder that they are not alone.
JHMT School of Ministries (JSOM) is a Spirit-filled training center founded by Bishop Dante and Pastora Cynthia Veluz to equip believers for effective ministry. Launched in 1993 as the JHMT Ministry Academy, JSOM has since expanded its programs to include various specialized institutes, such as the Prophetic Institute and Spiritual Warfare Institute.
Today, JSOM offers accredited courses, including the AB Theology program in partnership with Philippine Christian University (PCU). Through both in-person and online training, JSOM continues to empower men and women of God to fulfill the Great Commission and spread the fire of the Holy Spirit worldwide.
The Prophetic Institute is a short-term intensive training program designed to help believers understand the prophetic ministry of the Holy Spirit. The program equips participants with a deeper understanding of the call and functions of a prophet, the biblical principles of hearing from God, and the activation of the gift of prophecy for the edification of the Body of Christ.
Through this training, participants are guided to grow in spiritual sensitivity and obedience to the voice of God. The institute seeks to prepare the Church for the great outpouring of the Spirit and the end-time harvest.
The Prophetic Institute is spearheaded by Bishop Dante and Cynthia Veluz, who have faithfully led this ministry for many years. The course utilizes their co-authored book, Hear and Obey, along with the Hear and Obey Manual, as key training materials for participants.
Since its inception in 1993, the ministry has trained and equipped thousands of pastors, ministers, and church workers both locally and internationally. Through the years, the Prophetic Institute has become a significant instrument in raising leaders who are sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit and committed to advancing the purposes of God in these last days.
The vision for Women on Fire for God (WOFG) was first given to Bishop Dante Veluz, but he passed it on to his wife, Pastora Cynthia Veluz. Together, with the help of God, they were able to mobilize women from different churches and fill up the Cuneta Astrodome with the first Women on Fire Conference in 2002.
The WOFG was envisioned to equip women to rise boldly into their God-given calling and destiny as co-rulers with men, according to Genesis 1:28. God uses the WOFG conferences and the Women Empowerment Institute (WEI) to enhance their gifts and talents, empowering them to glorify God and carry out His purposes for and through them.
Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance Institute equips believers with strong biblical foundations to discern, understand, and address spiritual struggles, oppression, and the journey toward freedom in Christ. The institute teaches the believer’s identity and authority in Christ, helping them uncover open doors and legal grounds that the enemy may use.
This program provides practical, Scripture-based strategies for overcoming spiritual darkness and guides participants through clear steps toward deliverance and inner healing. Ultimately, the program leads to a life of wholeness and spiritual victory, empowering believers to live in the fullness of God’s purpose.
LoveLife Specials is a ministry dedicated to strengthening relationships and building Christ-centered families. Primarily designed for married couples, it equips husbands and wives with biblical principles and practical guidance to nurture deeper love, unity, and commitment in their marriages—ultimately building stronger families for the glory of God.
The ministry also reaches out to single adults, helping them make wise choices in relationships, discern the right life partner, and prepare themselves for a successful and God-honoring married life.
LoveLife Specials began as a radio program aired on DZRH, where it ministered for four years to couples and individuals seeking counsel and encouragement in their relationships. Through the program, many listeners received guidance, hope, and practical solutions to the challenges they faced in marriage and relationships.
The ministry is spearheaded by Bishop Dante and Pastora Cynthia Veluz, who actively conduct seminars and teaching sessions focused on strengthening marriages and building healthy, lasting relationships.
To further extend their ministry, the couple authored two books: Lovelife for Couples (Volume 1) and Lovelife for Singles (Volume 2), which provide valuable insights and biblical wisdom for those seeking to build strong and meaningful relationships.

2 Timothy 3:16, 17; Matthew 5:18; 2 Peter 1:20-21; John 16:12, 13
We believe the Bible, the Holy Scriptures, composed of Old and New Testaments, to be the verbally inspired Word of God, the final authority in all matters of faith, conduct and practice, without error in the original writings, infallible, and God-breathed.

I John 5:7 (KJV); Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14

Romans 3:23; 5:12; 6:23

John 3:16; 14:6; Romans 6:23
We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and God gives salvation and eternal life to those who trust in him. Salvation cannot be earned through personal goodness or human effort. It is a gift that is received by repentance and faith in Christ and his death on the cross and resurrection from the grave.

Ephesians 2:8; John 3:16
We believe that salvation is only by grace through faith, not by our human works, and is a gift from God that is received by genuine repentance and wholehearted acceptance of Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior. We are justified before God through Christ.

John 3:3,16; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Proverbs 8:13 and 1 John 3:9
We believe that the new birth or born again experience is the best miracle one can ever receive in life toward eternity. If anyone is in Christ the change takes place from glory to glory. He is a new creation; the old is gone the new has come. He fears the Lord and does not practice or live in sin but all the more hates it.

Matthew 3:15-17; 28:19

1 Corinthians 11:23-31; Luke 9:16; Mark 8:1-21; Luke 24:30-31; Acts 2:42,46; Acts 27:35-36; Exodus 12:7-8,17; 1 Corinthians 11:25
We believe that the practice of the Lord’s Supper, the Breaking of Bread or the Holy Communion should be observed as often as possible to commemorate the life, death, resurrection and the soon coming of Christ Jesus. Its observance causes the believers to be more intimate with God. It also opens the door for the believers to experience God’s miracles upon their lives to operate the gift of discernment and receive revelation from God for daily living to establish a stronger fellowship among the believers, to be encouraged amidst trials and challenges in life and to experience God’s deliverance and salvation.

1 Corinthians 6:19; Acts 1:8; Matthew 12:28; Ephesians 1:13-14; 2:22; 12:13; John 14:16,17; 16:7-15; Matthew 3:11, 1 Peter 1:15-16; Romans 12:1-2
We believe that the Holy Spirit is God, the third Person of the Trinity, and dwells in every believer, and by His baptism work, which occurs at conversion, unites all believers to Christ in one Body. He, the indwelling One, gives the seal of our salvation, and is the source of all power for effective service unto God. Baptism with fire refers to the continuous work of the Holy Spirit to consecrate, set apart and purify the believers to live a pleasing, holy life and to offer acceptable worship unto God in spirit and in truth.

Romans 11:29; Galatians 5:22-23; 1 Corinthians 12:1-11
We believe that the Holy Spirit has irrevocable gifts to bestow upon the Christians, i.e. character (9 manifestations or fruits of character change, and spiritual gifts as manifestations of a Spirit-filled life (9 manifestations of the power gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:11-14; 2:20; 1 Timothy 3:1-16; 2 Timothy 2:15; Titus 1:5-9
We believe that the functions of the five-fold ministry or ascension gifts of the Lord Jesus Christ are all equally important and needed in our church today in equipping the saints for service and in building up of the Body of Christ towards maturity, attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ and guarding our faith from erroneous teachings. Any of the five-fold ministers, regardless of gender, age, educational attainment, can be licensed or ordained as minister or bishop provided that he/she subscribes to this Statement of Faith and passes the biblical standards and experience for ordination.

Romans 12:11; 1 Corinthians 16:15; Revelations 3:15
We believe that serving the Lord requires fervency in spirit as God hates half-hearted and complacent service.

James 5:14-16; Mark 16:15-20
We believe that divine healing is the power of Christ to heal the sick and considered as one of the signs that follows upon preaching of the Gospel. It is administered by the Holy Spirit in answer to the prayer of faith and for a divine purpose.

Luke 4:18-19; Mark 16:15-20
We believe that every born-again child of God must be engaged in spiritual warfare, inner healing and deliverance ministries of the Holy Spirit as exemplified by Christ Jesus and the early disciples in the book of Acts for effective soul winning.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 1 John 3:2, 1 Corinthians 15:52-57, Philippians 2:16, 3:20-21, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, 5:23; 1 Peter 5:4, 1 Corinthians 3:14, 9:24-25, 2 Corinthians 5:10, 2 Timothy 4:7-8; Matthew 24:27, 25:31, 26:64, 1 Thessalonians 1:10, 2 Thessalonians 1:7, Revelation 1:7, 19:11;
We believe that the second coming of Christ is both personal and imminent and will be characterized by two main events. (a) The invisible rapture of the Church to meet Christ in the air, i.e. the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the change of the faithful still living and (b) The visible coming of Jesus Christ in power and glory in the Day of the Lord.

Revelation 20:1-6; Revelation 20:11-15; Matthew 25:46, John 5:29, Revelation 20:11-15, 21:7-8
This, the open, visible coming of Christ, will be marked by justice on humankind, after that will ensue the millennial kingdom. After the thousand years, will the unrighteous resurrect. They will appear before the White Throne for justice. Then will come eternity. The righteous will enter eternal bliss, but the unrighteous, together with Satan, the Beast, the False Prophet, the fallen angles and demons will be thrown into the lake of fire for eternal torture.

Matthew 24:14; 28:19; Acts 1:8; Mark 16:15-20
We believe that the end-time task of the Church is to fulfill the Great Commission through evangelism, discipleship and missions, particularly cross-cultural missions, with signs, wonders and miracles following.

Malachi 3:10; Proverbs 3:9; 2 Corinthians 9:7, 12
We believe that the method ordained by God for support and spread of His cause is by giving of tithes and free-will offerings, firstfruits offerings, donations, voluntary contributions, bequests and love gifts, as an expression of love and thanks to God of members and sympathizers of the church.
